In the first quarter of 2023, the top five food delivery services on iOS in the Middle East showcased varying trends in weekly downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at their performance based on Sensor Tower data.

Ninja - نينجا saw a notable fluctuation in weekly downloads. Starting the quarter with 39.4K downloads, it dipped to around 24.5K in mid-January before peaking at approximately 81.9K in the first week of March. The app maintained a steady increase in active users, beginning at 177.8K and reaching a peak of 252.9K in mid-March.

Jahez experienced relatively stable weekly downloads throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads ranged from 18.1K to 45K, with the highest downloads occurring in the third week of February. Active users remained fairly consistent, starting at 228K and ending the quarter at 183.8K.

Hungerstation showcased a steady pattern in weekly downloads, which fluctuated between 17.8K and 40.2K. The app's active users began at 503K, peaking at 616.1K in the third week of February, then gradually declined to 446.7K by the end of March.

Mr Mandoob | مستر مندوب saw a significant rise in weekly downloads, starting at 10.3K and reaching 62.8K in mid-March. Active users also saw a positive trend, increasing from 136.6K at the start of the quarter to 264.3K in mid-March before slightly dropping to 223.1K by the end of March.

Nana نعناع demonstrated a consistent increase in weekly downloads, beginning the quarter at 13.8K and peaking at 32.1K in early March. Active users followed a similar trend, starting at 37.9K and growing to 63K in mid-March, before ending the quarter at 51.9K.
